Return & Refund
Due to the nature of raw hair extensions, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed. Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and cannot be returned once handled.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rawbythekiwayyy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.
To be eligible for review:
• Hair must be unused
• Hair must be unaltered
• Bundles must remain in original packaging with ties intact
Once hair has been installed, dyed, cut, washed, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for review or exchange.
Shipping
Thank you for shopping with RAW by the Kiwayyy. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers.
Processing Time
All orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RAW by the Kiwayyy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If a package is marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to quick processing times.
Pick Up
Order Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.
Processing Time
All pickup orders require 2–3 business days for processing before they are ready. You will receive a confirmation message or email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Window
Orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and subject to restocking.
Pickup Location
The pickup address will be provided once your order is ready.
Identification Required
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation at the time of pickup.
Missed Pickup
If you are unable to pick up your order within the allotted time, please contact us to arrange a new pickup time. Additional fees may apply.
Same-Day Pickup
Same-day pickup may be available for select items depending on inventory. Please contact us before placing your order.
